There are many reasons for wanting to lose weight. For one,
people just want to look and feel better or just want to be healthier.
But most people just don't know how to do it.
I mean yes we know that working out and eating the right food is the way to go but, what workouts and what foods do we need to eat? There are hundreds and thousands of workout and food guides to explain what the best is but they all claim their way is the best. So how do we know what is what? Answer is simple not all but, most of them are correct only difference is just fits different for person to person and most of the guides only explain A or Z when you need the whole A-Z.
This is where most people give up and just accept the way they are and move on.
But losing weight is simple, most important thing is you have to go with YOUR own pace but still being more active than what you're doing now. Also, I can't stress enough how important stretching is.
Stretching should be done before and after any workout for at less 30-45 min each if not more. If in the beginning you can't seem to do any workouts at all than just do the stretches for a month and try adding more workouts at later time. Most people believe people only do stretches so we do not hurt our muscles but in fact, stretching may burn more fat than the actual workout itself.
For example, people do Yoga witch that's nothing but bunch of stretches but a lot of people see great results... Get you thinking now huh?
Second thing you must do is having a great diet, no I'm not talking about only eating celery sticks and water or just not eating at all. If someone ever told you this is what you need to do... Stop taking advises from them.
There are three reasons why this is bad idea. One, it is really unhealthy for your body and two, once you start taking in normal food you gain all the weight you lost almost instantly because your metabolism is so low and three, you will be HUNGRY all the time. What you want is great balanced diet where you still take in all the nutrition you need and eating controlled amount of balanced diet.
I could go on and on about how and what but simplest way would be by Diet-To-Go or Bistro-MD. Diet-To-Go provides lunch and dinner for most of their menus and Bistro-MD provides breakfasts, lunch and dinner and includes snacks for some of the packages and the price is equivalent to eating at fast food chain for every meal. I believe right diet is key factor on losing weight and for some reason most people ignore this fact. I mean it's a simple math problem, point of exercise is to burn calories but if you're eating more calories than what you could burn your going to gain weight or do not lose any.
Oh and if you do not want to try the balance diets I provided up top and just try keeping over 50% of your food intake with raw fruits and vegetables. That's the simplest way I could make it without making it into 10 page essay. But whatever choice you make start today if you don't a year from now, you will wish you had started today.
