Five Exercises to Help Sculpt Your Legs

What woman does not dream of wowing her man by walking out in a sexy dress that showcases tight, lean, cellulite free legs? I can't think of any woman who does not dream of that. Well let's make that become a reality by using these five exercises to help you sculpt your legs.
One: The Lunge. This exercise is pretty easy to do and it is incredibly effective. The lunge helps you work your butt, your thighs, and your core. It requires both muscular strength as well as balance, which is where your core strength comes in.
Two: The Squat. This is a fundamental exercise, but it is very powerful because it works your entire body. The squat really targets your quads, your butt, and your core as well. What's great about this exercise is you can do it easily with weights to build muscle... or you can do it very dynamically with your body weight. This helps build muscular speed and power which is key to fat loss.
Three: Sprinting. This will be a fun exercise because if you're like most women, you probably can't remember the last time you sprinted. Sprinting though is very effective at not only burning fat, but also build strong lean muscle mass. Adding sprinting to your mix will make a big difference very quickly.
Four: Horizontal Jumps. This is very similar to a squat jump, but you are jumping a distance. It does use similar muscles, but also activates other ones. It's a great dynamic plyometric move that helps you to burn fat quickly.
Five: Deadlift. This is simple an exercise of picking up a weight from the floor in perfect form. It is incredibly effective at building your butt and thighs. This exercise will also help you strengthen your lower back and it has been very effective at curing lower back pain in many people.
These exercises work to help you build muscle and burn fat at the same time. You have to build muscle mass in your legs because that will help to give they shape and boost your metabolism. Did you know that your gluteus maximums and hamstrings are one of the biggest muscle complexes in your body? Just think how much that helps your body lose fat when you build them up.
When you combine just these five exercise into a short workout, you will find that you not only build lean muscle mass to give your legs sexy curves and shape... but you also burn the fat from your lets smoothing them out and getting rid of the cellulite.
