For the most part they are all standard medical questions about your medical history, metal health history, and anything else that they might need to know about you physically. There are some basic things that people should do before going ahead to processing to be sure they are ready. You will need a good night sleep because it will be a very long couple of days.
If you live in the same general area as the MEPS location you will be allowed to return home for a nights rest. If you do not then the recruiter will have a hotel room for you and the rest of your group. Since these processes happen on a schedule and not every day you will likely go with a large group of other recruits.
They will not wait for anyone so if you happen to arrive late you will not be allowed to proceed. The physical exam portion of the test is a grueling period. Not that it is painful or anything like that, it is just a long process and there is a lot of standing and waiting in line for your turn to take some sort of physical examination by a doctor.
