I'll tell you right now if you're not having the kind of excellence that you wish to have it's NOT all your fault, so release that big weight on your shoulders.

Well it talks specifically to the concern of loyalty in this:.

Whether you're new team member stays or goes it's NOT your negligence. (Unless you actively make initiatives to steer them away).
