One thing that I have found while coaching executives is that after having achieved their targets, they immediately set and pursue new ones. Leaders rarely have the opportunity to experience contentment. New iterations await, more milestones lie ahead and more must be accomplished. Leaders continue to lead as this is what they are made to do.
