Factors Responsible for the in-equilibrium. Do you know the reason why unbalanced work-life exists in Australian mine-site? It is mainly because the demand of job roles clashes with that of non-work life and therefore, employees often fail to strike the balance. One of the main characteristic of this variance is strain and this can be caused due to several factors such as: Excess job pressure, less decision making involvement, Health and Security issues, Insecurity, Not enough time for task accomplishment.

I was recently discussing this juggling act with a group of Entrepreneur-Mom clients, and the conversation quickly turned to life balance and those little pieces of guidance that we wish we'd known when we started. So here are 5 wonderful tips that I know can help you flourish both at work and home.

Don't compare yourself to others! Too often we look at those who are appear to be progressing further, harder, and faster (and all with such ease!) and deem ourselves to be falling short. But, what others "look" like on the outside, may not reflect what is really going on for them at all. It's important to remember that your circumstances are unique to you and so are theirs. No one else is juggling the exact tasks and conditions that you are - except you. So, acknowledge everything you are doing in your career and for your family, and don't judge your inside by anyone else's outside.

Effective coaching does wonders for the industry to help reconsider its views towards employees and help draft things differently. Many industries will burn their staff to the maximum limit. But, we all know that the results are always negative in the long run.

Look at it from a different perspective as you really don't want to dampen employee's force and morale. With coaching, a more functional and streamlined path can be developed to change the existing job culture in the mining industry thus helping to strike a better job-life balance. Proper coaching may help you reconsider these areas: Better administration, Time-to-time employee review, job pattern assessment, Building a strong job atmosphere and culture

Ask for help and delegate! There is no such thing as being Superwoman, and you can't do it all. Have someone help with groceries, errands, dry cleaning, etc. Or hire an assistant, even for just a few hours a week. A high-school student as a "mother's helper" in the afternoons costs very little, but will free you up to focus on only the most important "quality" things: intimate time to spend with the kids, for example.

In addition to this, coaching also help encourage employees through an educative process on the ways of development. Make sure to check out on the above coaching tips and to enhance your life.
